Faith

St. Saviour’s Cathedral Goulburn, New South Wales, Australia. I presented my Faith Story there in 2009. Designed by ecclesiastical architect, Edmund Thomas Blacket, the foundation stone was laid on 15 January 1874. St. Saviour’s is the Cathedral Church of the Anglican Diocese of Canberra and Goulburn. I was ordained deacon there on February 26, 2011, and priest on November 26, 2011.

In 2009, while still a seminarian (theological student and ordination candidate) I was invited to present my Faith Story (sometimes called a Faith Journey or Testimony) as part of the Diocese of Canberra and Goulburn’s annual Synod (Convention) service. It may provide an interesting glimpse of the joys and challenges of the Christian journey of faith.

While I continue along the way, I’m constantly reminded of the goodness of God’s creation, the sanctity and beauty of human life, and the way in which humankind can make the best of things. Sadly, we can also make the worst of things as well. Reach out via the contact page of this website if you’d like to know more. Grace and peace be with you, Christopher+
